Your lunch is currently sitting on a New Jersey highway.

If you’re looking for a quick lunch and happen to live in New Jersey, head on over to Interstate 287 near Piscataway. No, there’s not some popular new delicatessen. In fact, you don’t even have to get off the highway.

Early Friday morning, a delivery truck carrying deli meat collided (sandwiched?) a delivery truck full of bread.

There were no injuries reported (which is why we’re having a little fun with this), but there were traffic delays going back several exits according to NBC News 4.

The deli meat sandwich is the go-to lunch for millions of workers every day at their miserable very enjoyable 9-5 jobs. Let’s hope those stuck in traffic were handed free sandwiches, as everyone knows Jersey traffic is barely tolerable when there aren’t any delays.
